Aldi led strings

Just saw aldi has 300 led multicolour strings, I was considering these instead of Kmart ones, extra 50 LEDs at the same spacing for $3 more than Kmart. Appears to be the old Kmart packaging also.


Any thoughts?

I hope they're better than the Kmart ones I bought a couple of years ago. They failed in no time flat.

Most of my Kmart ones have been fine so far, but they are still on the original plug packs, I will buy some aldi ones and see what happens

The ALDI lights I purchased last year worked a treat on my AVD 48 channel set up.

They have recently come out again so I got another 8 sets

well my mistake they are this year some weird set up where there is only 2 wires and the colours change only when polarity is reversed

Same as the Bunnings "Lytworx" branded ones.

I am quite confused about these 2 wire only polarity reversing strings, I purchased them to wire to my 48 channel boards as the ones last year were great, but they had 3 wires, any ideas?

yes they seem exactly the same as bunnings even same packaging type only these are $20 a set, I am guessing these will be of no use to me

Just read it, thankyou SIR.
They did have 3 wire icicle lights as well which I got when of bought these, might see if I can swap for more.
