Any advice - ELD order delay

Hey there! So, I placed a pretty big order (over $1000 worth, if you can believe it!) of Corro props from extreme lighting back in July. I know it’s a side hustle for the owner, and I’ve been super patient with them. I’ve sent over 10 emails, but I’ve only gotten three responses. My last one was two weeks ago, and he said he’s just finishing up my order and will send me an invoice for shipment soon.

But here’s the thing, I haven’t received an invoice or the product yet. I’m a bit worried because I gave over $1000 to this company, and I only placed the order it all from a recommendation on this form. I’m not sure what to do. Can you help me out?

didn't think he would be that far behind, unless he was waiting for materials or something? What did you order?
