Any advice - ELD order delay

Hey there! So, I placed a pretty big order (over $1000 worth, if you can believe it!) of Corro props from extreme lighting back in July. I know it’s a side hustle for the owner, and I’ve been super patient with them. I’ve sent over 10 emails, but I’ve only gotten three responses. My last one was two weeks ago, and he said he’s just finishing up my order and will send me an invoice for shipment soon.

But here’s the thing, I haven’t received an invoice or the product yet. I’m a bit worried because I gave over $1000 to this company, and I only placed the order it all from a recommendation on this form. I’m not sure what to do. Can you help me out?

Yes I noticed the landing page changed also, but when you go in direct via a prop search on Google it works normal. Like yourself, I was looking to make some late purchases too.

I hope he hasn't shut down as I was really hoping to get some props that I can only find there

I placed an order for 50x chromatrim about a week ago. The order went through, but havent heard back apart from the automated emails.

Accessing the site via a google search does work, but if I then click on the account page, it returns to the "pardon our dust" screen.

Its only been a week, but I wonder if I will see any corro this year.
If not, I'll have to find something else for the 1500 pixels and 500 magnets already bought.

His site was previously pretty explicit saying that there would be no more orders once the existing coro stock had gone. So for all intents and purposes, yes he's shut down.

All over red rover - no more orders. I heard that he is out of white coro and backorders will be done in black. For those with outstanding orders who can't get a reply by email, the best way to contact him seems to be to call him late afternoon early evening from what I've heard.
