In my own display I use some of the 12V 10W pixel I/O flood lights that come from Ray Wu, etc (pictured below).

They work well for smaller areas, up-lighting smaller trees, etc, but the U brackets are very thin and buckle easily.

I want to look into how much stainless steel U brackets would cost to get made.

The steel bolts (M6 x 10mm) also rust within a season or two, but they can be bought locally quite easily.

Is anyone else interested in better brackets for their lights, or have you already seen a source of SS ones ?

As an aside, I opened one up and the PCB says 12V - 24V and I've been running them on 24V with no issues.

Interesting on the 24V supply-I do want to get some more for my thick foliage fence so this would help…

I had to make sure mine were not dimmed like the rest of my display and then the brightness was ok.

I meant to reply to this bit! I’d be interested in some sort of ground stake for them…

I bent my own up out of aluminium flat bar. I added spacers to keep the bracket clear of the housing so it can tilt downwards.

This pic was the prototype, I made better spacers out of Delrin.

I got aluminium stakes for mine from AliExpress.

Search for garden light stake.
