I use a large format 180w co2 laser.
I do have a cnc but the coro at bunnings does not produce the cleanest cut so i just use the laser.
I started with a 20w optical power diode laser and that worked fairly well but certain colors it failed on, white and black were ok.
this shows the speed of cutting, its not super fast and the laser is only running at 30% of its power using a 2.5in focal lense.

I have a mix of things all created in lightburn.Thats very nice. Yeah I have access to a laser at work, only 100w but even that turned down does a great job. Are you drawing your own designs or can find the files online somewhere? cheers
