Can’t get a custom Boscoyo model to output to the controller

Hey folks. I’m having a problem with a model in xLights that’s probably a dumb newbie oversight.

In xLights I’m using a Kulp K8-B controller to drive a string of lights off port 1 for a Boscoyo model called ICOSA Sphere Small:

I’m also using a F16v3 to drive an LED tree (which works fine) but I don’t think this has anything to do with the problem.

The weird thing is I’m able to get the xLights to output data for the Kulp and drive the string of lights when I use a standard model in xLights (like a simple string), so this indicates that the controller setup is fine, but I downloaded the Boscoyo model for this prop and now it won’t output data to the Kulp. I seem to be misconfiguring the model but I can’t see what I’m doing wrong.

I attached a screenshot of the model config in xLights.

Any clues?

What does your visualiser look like? Have you uploaded outputs to the k8?
