Christmas Star Controller Bypass

I need to a bypass the controller on a Christmas Star so it stays on constantly.
It has 5 wires going into the 8 function controller.
Transformer is 24vac.
I have looked everywhere for a fix with no success.

I'm not certain that this particular MFC can be easily bypassed.

It seems to use a variant of the polarity witching method normally seen with 2 wire light sets.

5 wires, 4 stars - would one be a common and the others 4 the individual stars?

It's 2 wires in (from the transformer) and 3 wires out (to the star) as far as I can see.
