colourlight card and LedVision

I had my P5 panels set up last year using LedVision. Tried to connect again with LedVision and keep getting message that No Receiver Card detected. It also keeps saying that the NIC is not connected. I originally thought the Colorlight card was dead so replaced it. I also plugged in a new USB to NIC adapter and it still says it is disconnected when I'm in Ledvision. So I deleted Ledvision and reinstalled it and same problem.

When I plug in my switch into the NIC it works, so I figure it must be something in LED vision which is disconnecting the NIC. Any ideas.

did you select the nic and then try detect cards ?

I've found that sometimes happens for me.

yes i did try that, but still says not connected and cant detect card

I just discovered the save issue ledvision ver8, colorlight card v7.0, built in nic.

Fixed - Run the LEDVision software as admin. (right mouse click- run as administrator)
then i powered up the receiver cards, and everything was detected

Ok will try that tomorrow. Just for the sake of others, does anyone know what would have caused it to stop?
