After a bit of discussion in chat over the past week, I've created an FTP upload program. Basically, what it does is upload the specified local file(s) using command line parameters to your FTP area. This should eliminate the need for multiple, complex batch files.

This will provide a way to provide changing content on your web site that is synchronised with your favourite Christmas lights control software. As long as that software supports calling an external program with command line parameters, you should be good to go.

I have set up a web page for da_FTP here. Check out the readme.txt in the zip file for usage details. I'll provide a help file in due course.

Please note that this is just an upload utility. It does not create any content. Web site programming skills will be required to make use of it.

I have created a home for da_FTP. See the link in the first post. The new page will always have a link to the latest version.

I've uploaded version 1.2.0.0 which also contains a help file.
