    You can overlap the controller start addresses if you want / need to. Each controller is unaware of others.

    No you dont have to worry about this. In DMX the controllers dont actually know about eachother so if you set the second controller to start at 19 then all that will happen is that the first 10 channels of the second controller will be the exact same as the last 10 channels of the first controller.

    This is actually a good idea if you have limited channels to play with in your DMX universe, but if you have plenty to spare then best to have it set up as start address 28

    Thanks I am not limited on the channels in a universe just thought it maybe easier to keep up with when programming.
