OK here's what I've done so far this year - you may have seen some in chat.

The peekaboo tombstone has been finished, but I am going to put a skeleton torso and head behind it. I will use the talking head skeleton I bought from ebay but replace the talking head, as the arms are quite loose, so by attaching the hands to the side of the tombstone moving it should look quite natural.

The normal tombstones I made last year I have made animated this year by attaching a small 12v 10rpm geared motor to make them rock:

I have also created a flying crank ghost (or FCG for short)
This is just a couple of wire coat hangers bent into shape for a body and arms, a styrofoam head and some cheesecloth soaked in RIT Whitewash for a few hours. This makes the material glow much brighter under UV light.

My next project is a cemetery fence. It's made of 20mm conduit & some timber. 2.5m length sections and I'll have 6-7 sections all up to fence off the front yard to a) make is more spooky, b) keep the kids away from the props. I may re-use the fence for Christmas to keep kids off the lawn, we'll see if it blocks too many lights or not (I can always add lights to it!)

I have a few sequences already on the go to finish off, being Ghostbusters, Ghosts 'n' Stuff & some generic spooky noises & music. I'll share more as I go.
