just mucking around adding a whole lot of sensors to Home Assistant from a Falcon F16 and out the corner of my eye noticed the power bleeding from mains to the power input to the outputs ?
not really sure if that's the right wording or not
this board is powered by it's own 12v supply (why i did i cant remember)
then a shelly PM1 is turning on two 5v transforms

POWER ON to transformers

POWER OFF to transformers (board still powered)

Not knowing anything about house automation or the sensors I can't help there. The 0.2V that you are reading is pretty much next to nothing and could simply be the cabling for the power supplies working as a bit of an antenna and picking up some stray mains. If it was showing 3V or higher that might suggest that it's powered but anything under 1V is almost guaranteed to just be from stray voltage pickup.

ok that's a good point
the sensors are just direct readings from the falcon controller through api back to home assistant
