f16 V5 Ports Not working

helloo

i am stuck iim using a falvon f16 v5 ,i have 12v going to the board but i seem to only have ports 9 to 13 only woking as i have tried with trying to add but thay just wont work i have cheked and resetted the fuses and on the thing it shows that thay are good so as i can only run show off 4 ports

any help appreactated ?

do you have power in both sides of the board? I see 0.6v on V1 in your screenshot.

bassically i used this last year and cant remeber if iwas the same , but ive only used v2 and that had just as many props/ pixels as im trying now , i thought it was the wireing but if put the same pixrls in the working ports and it woks but from 14/16 nothing

you need power in V1 for 1-8 to work.

if your last 4 ports arent working, try swapping the latch chips around

i know that i want to use 14 to 16 but thay just wont work , whats latch chips ?

the socketed black chips next to the ports. 1 chip for each 4 ports

pretty sure there solerd arent thay ? not sure if still under warrenty so dont want to be messing

yes i had it in test mode and does nothing i plugged the same pixels into th oring port with same pixels and thay work , ive got a feeling somthing wrong with the board
