I've contacted the company just to check if they do post out here but I'd imagine that postage would be stupidly expensive anyway.

My question is though, is there anyone within Australia that offers a kit like this here?

Huh, they seem to have stock of 5 only if you choose Ray Wu pigtails? If you prefer some other pigtails and have some handy (or extensions to sacrifice) you could just use them in your build, save the Ray for another project.
