F16V4 OLED wont come on

this sucks and the same thing happened to me with the v4 plugged a fan in and bam bye bye motherboard so now i go direct from psu

sorry for the late reply. How do you contact right to the PSU?

Black and red wires from the fan would go to the -ve and +ve of the power supply terminals.
Yellow sense wire remains disconnected
Blue or Green PWM wire remains disconnected.
