F4V3 Firmware upgrade 2.55-2.59

Hi i will be upgrading the firmware from 2.55 to 2.59 on the f4v3 controllers whats the best way to complete this please many thanks

Put it on an sd card and reboot

Do I have to factory default or not because I note on the directions on pixel controller. Com they said version 2.0 needs to be factory reset so was unsure many thanks

If after upgrading it does not boot then factory reset it.
