Hi,

Just curious what people use for rgb flood lights? I currently use lightorama and a p2 controller so didn't know if people use one of ray wu's floods or make a flood using rgb strips?

Thanks!

I have around 15 10w floods from Ray, and a couple 30w ones, most of which I use to light up next doors house (they have a white box of a house, perfect for floods).

They work well, and are pretty cheap.

They run via DMX, so you'll need an e1.31 bridge (d4 etc), or a usb-dmx dongle

Cheers

The 10w Ray Wu Floods are pretty common I believe, but I have seen the 60 (or 120) led/m strips used as floods too.

I suppose, as always, it depends on what you want to light up as to which one to choose.

LOR have a 10W12V RGB flood that can be used with DC controllers at a quite reasonable price.

If you want to use it with a P2, you could use one of AAH's 15 or 30 channel pixel-DC boards.

The e682 and e6804 can run Ray Wu's flood lights natively since it supports DMX output.
