Do you need a licence from FPP to run an Raspberry Pi "In & Out" Pi Hat: Inputs + Pixel Outputs from Experience Lights for the angle wings with 500 pixels per output on FPP Ver 6.3

If you are using the 2 conventional outputs in the legacy mode rather than in DPI then you don't need a licence. If you are using more than 2 outputs (which requires DPI) or are using 2 outputs in DPI mode so that you can use the onboard audio then you need a licence.
