FPP not lighting last couple of pixel strands

I am new to Christmas lighting. I have a AlphaPix 4 controller. I have made a matrix 840 pixel count using 4 ports sequence and when I test it through xlights…all pixel strands light up fine. However, when I upload the sequence to my FPP, the last set of pixel strands on port 4 do not light up. Please help….

How did you setup FPP? What do you have configured for output?
