After the mini, I got a lot of questions about the HC008 controller I was using for my demo. Here is a photo of 3 of my controllers, networked. There is a 4th somewhere in a box.

The 1st (master - left) is running WS2811 12v strip, The 2nd (Slave - middle) is running 5v ws2811 Pixels, the 3rd (Slave - right) is trying to run a unknown protocol 12v strip. (Its one I just found in a box and is about 4-5 years old. I think it might be LPD6803. It has the clock, but worked, Sort off.

But this is just to show how I test my pixels and that these testers can be beneficial. I have had these for about 5 years and were the 1st involvement in pixel strips.

Is the controller DMX in? The signal looks to have an in and out and 5 years old seems too old to have a 1:1 Ethernet switch built in.

not DMX Alan.. The network is only D+, D- and ground.. Like a differential board..
