Hi everyone, Not exactly a newbie, but learning. I'm really having trouble with orientation of my matrix. (Boysco 50x100) All my images are appearing sideways and I'm un-able to see in X-lights how to change it to project properly. New to the forum, not exactly sure where to put this, so I put it here.
Any helpful advice would be awesome. Oh, using Experience lights, Genius pro 16 port and X-lights. Is there an existing thread about this issue?

Looking forward to learning from you guys, some spectacular stuff here!
Thanks, Wes

Welcome to ACL! Been a few years since I setup a matrix in xLights. First thing that comes to mind is it set as a horizontal matrix and is the starting location correct (bottom left etc) Someone will help you get this figured out. Sounds to me like it me setup as a vertical matrix

Hello Uncledan, thanks. I understand the vertical vs horizontal pretty well, and starting locations. I've been able to change all these components/settings but the output remains in a sideways to view. If I could rotate it 90 degrees, problem solved, then just adjust starting position to orient any text properly. But nothing I do changes the sideways view. I even looked at my wiring diagram, it's accurate. 1 to 100, then back 101 to 200 etc etc
It's like a sideways brick wall...

Post a picture of the matrix wiring and a screenshot of your model. This is very likely a mismatch between the model and your prop.
