    Nothing wrong with posting a link related to the hobby and lights on a bridge is definetly something that many of us can find interesting. I actually have seen this before and it looks like a very ambitious project indeed.

    I'm in northern California as well and I hope I have the chance to take my children to see it. The lights will be on every night for two years, and they began yesterday on march 5th. This is one of the largest public art displays ever created, and the project was privately funded. Here is a good video of the lights at night:
