Nothing wrong with posting a link related to the hobby and lights on a bridge is definetly something that many of us can find interesting. I actually have seen this before and it looks like a very ambitious project indeed.

This is one of the largest public art displays ever created, and the project was privately funded. Here is a good video of the lights at night:
