Intermittent display issue in Matrix

You're not over voltage by accident right? (Or turn it down a smidge and see if it helps?)

There is such thing as a bad batch. Overall first year failures for me seem about 1 out of 10k pixels, but early this year I was impatient for preorders to arrive and got a box of 500 from Amazon... lost 4 pixels out of 5 vertical strips in about 2 weeks so I ripped and replaced them rather than repairing. Others from the same manufacturer have been fine.
 
Just checked the voltages coming out of my control bo and differential boxes.

Main control box 5.07v
Differential box 1 (the one my matrix plugs in to ) 5.26v
Differential box 2 (tested with this one as well with no change in result) 5.17v
