Congratulations to Joekin on his Win for best tree AGAIN!!!!.

I Managed to pick up runner up in the business category.

Now if I could get this disk to work they gave us I would put up some photos.

Congrats on the winners, looks like you have to lift your game for next year if you want to take the title from joekin

Congrats guys. Good to see some more of the ACL members taking home the prizes.
Gotta have some pics though :)

Here's Joe's winning tree. it really is a nice one and I have learnt my lesson not to try and compete with it ::) . it stands 10m tall I think.

Congrats again Joe. Excellent job for a tree that this time last year was 70% submerged in Flood water

There must be something wrong with me. I'm just sitting here staring at the pic and working out how to do that tree and how much further away my display would be seen.

Great looking tree by the way Joe. Glad you got up and running again this year.

Congratulations Joe for a magnificant tree again. Diserves the prize.
Congratulations also to Steve for your award.
I have not managed to get away to see many other displays this year - are either of you continuing after Christmas? (Mine will be running to New Year Eve.)

Congratulations again - Geoff

Thanks for talking it up Steve but it is only 7.5m tall. :D Congrates to you too.

Geoff Yes my tree will be lite up until new years.

After 5 years of winning best tree i am concidering not puting it up next year. I will have to concider my options over the next 10 months.

After 5 years of you winning I'll save you the trouble and tear it down for you. :D

 looks like a nice offer, though ... lol

Congratulations to both of you :D

The star on top of your tree looks great, joe ... could you give a few details on it, pls

now now Steve dont be jealous

Kel the star is 3D and stands about 1m tall it is welded out of 6mm steel rod (4mm would be plenty thick enough it was my first welding job 6 years ago so i was not sure how think the steel should be), with yellow/orange rope light zip tied to it. hope it gives you enough info if not feel free to ask more

When I get it down i'll give it to you Kel.
