Oh 3 years, very nice.. That's a good return so far for something that I'm sure wouldn't have cost that much more than $20-30 (i.e. for just the pine).


That's one of the major things that's also holding me back from using wood, not being sure how many seasons I would get out of it, but like you said, exterior paint is made just for that, so it should be able to protect whatever is under it fairly well

Have to say http://www.christmascreations.net.au/ is the best, you do pay a bit for them but is a fair price considering the service and quality. I have been using these for my display for two years now and have not had a problem. Damien is always willing to help out also :) :) :) he is also on here somewhere.
