Melbourne/Vic Melbourne Mini 2019 - Interest (tentatively in May, need venue)

Ooh another visitor! Might have to rename it the multi-state mini instead!
Here's a quick search of hotels/motels in the area, most are actually next suburb over at Frankston which is by the sea:

None look to have conference facilities so I think we'll still stick with the Carrum Downs community room for the actual mini to take place.

, I think the best date for Melb Mini will be June 8th and 9th. This is the weekend after Syd and most likely Perth will be 15th 16th so there will be no overlaps.
@burnt I'll shoot you a PM.

This weekend is the long weekend.

Also its no go for Lyrebird community center.. they won't do the long weekend and can't do any weekends for both days.
