If you have any dietary restrictions of any kind - can you let me know please?

I don't function without fizzy caffeinated drinks ;)
I also don't function on anything even the remotest bit spicy.

I’m celiac so gluten free would be appreciated if possible. Only coming on Saturday but also for dinner. If it’s hard, let me know and I can self cater for lunch. Most places for dinner would have some option. Just prefer if it’s not a single gf+halal+vegan+df=cardboard menu item, for all us high maintenance people

Is there a running list yet? Not sure if I’m down for a talk or two, or none!

Hey @SarahD -- the running sheet is here:

Would still be really keen to get another presenter/facilitator or two if anyone has something they want to share?

I'll be there Sat and Sun but no dinner.

I've only done one year so not sure what I can contribute.

I'd love to see a sequencing tricks and tips in xlights.

If you have not yet RSVP's please do so on the first post of this thread. We need to know numbers for catering purposes.

As per previous posts if anyone would like to present one of the topics listed (doesn't have to be full on Powerpoint preso, but some basic points of note helps) please let us know.
Only 2.5 weeks to go, looking forward to seeing everyone!

IMPORTANT.

Please make sure you use Family and Friends. Otherwise I have to pay fees.

And the payment goes on hold until JULY.

I'll see what I can do about making a trip down :) (for work, and the mini)
I have a few gates to get through, namely a project needs to be approved next week, and the other half would have to be willing to take the kids!

If I am able to make it down, I'll be happy to rehash some of my Sydney Mini presentations.
Sally my idea of coming down has pretty much fizzled out so unfortunately I'm going up have to miss it.

Hi Guys, hoping it would be ok for a TOTAL newby to come along? I mean still working out what I need to get started? Cheers Pete

Absolutely Pete! The Minis cater for both new members to see and talk about all aspects of the hobby, as well as more experienced members to swap ideas and pass on knowledge amongst the group. There will be some beginner topics held in a smaller breakout group so you can ask as many questions you like.
