No lights flash from FPP

It's my first time having a crack at this.
I've got a DMX2-24, Pi 4, pigtails, etc, etc.
Running FPP on the Pi, that seems to be working ok.
Trying to navigate XLights, created a sequence. Song, 3 Model/Groups in the layout, sequence simply just to use the music.
When I test in XLights, it seems to work ok, the lights in the House preview suggest they're going to flash with the music.
But when I upload to FFP and try to run it, no lights. The song plays, but no lights.
Any ideas?
Pretty sure I've got everything hooked up correctly.

Did you upload to controller and FPP or do it yourself? If you did it yourself, we need your configuration details.

Can you test the lights from FPP?

I think I've worked it out. Output was set at 16 channels and not 24. Small details.
