While there are times when people do it on purpose every time someone has asked me to look into this it was actually an accident on their part.
Also the reason we do this is because it helps us troubleshoot problems. If people start turning things off then it just makes it harder to investigate supposed bugs which are not bugs.
on that basis I am not keen to turn off warnings.
