P2 acting weird

Well after lots of messing around the past few days I finally got one of the controllers to work on 12v. Not sure what the issue was as I didn't change anything I had been doing. Crisis has been averted. Thanks for all the inputs and suggestions.

To hopefully assist anyone else that may find themselves with the same issue - it would be handy if you can check if your other P2 is working, and if not - perhaps do a full comparison between the two, to work out if they are indeed identically setup (firmware, configuration, jumpers).
