i am looking for some help i have my panels working correctly with ledvision and with the FPP test patten as per the photo attached but when i place a sequence from xlights on there it is as if it is starting 10 leds out

Check that the start channel is aligned. It should match between FPP and xLights

What is the output Fpp2 used for? It's got no defined IP address so it seems a bit deduct. Is that a separate controller for the panels? Or is that this particular FPP instance?

On the pi driving the panels, What does Channel Outputs panels page show as the start channel?

its just feeding the panels eth 0 feed the colorlight card

So these screenshots are from just one showplayer Pi with the colorlight directly attached to Eth0?
If so, you dont want anything on that Channel Outputs >> E1.31/DDP page related to the panel.
The only place you need to configure it is on the Channel Outputs >> LED Panels Screen

Specifically the start channel should be set to 512 to match xLights; and the channel count (automatically detected) should be 38400 to match your xLights configuration.
The interface on this page specifies where the colorlight is attached.
