This is a clip showing the main features of our configuration utility for PixLite controllers. Our goal is to have a central management system rather than remembering IP addresses and using web browsers to configure pixel controllers.

Utility Tutorial

Very impressive configuration - looks very easy.

So I assume that you can only use one pixel type on a controller? Obviously not a big issue in most situations, but sometimes you find yourself needing to use multiple protocols from the one controller.

A test mode would also be pretty useful?

Correct only one pixel per controller. We have thought about this a lot but for the foreseeable future that will not change. It is *possible* that in the future this will change, but it is not a simple task when outputting such a significantly higher volume of data than most controllers normally do.

We may actually release a smaller capacity board for a cheaper price instead and forget about running multiple ICs at the same time altogether - FYI.

As for test mode, yes it is on our to-do list. It will be happening very shortly.

Yeah, fair enough. In any case, most people wouldn't have a need, especially those starting out now, as 2811 seems to be all that anyone is buying.

And a smaller capacity board would be good, to give people options.

Looks like a winner of a product.
