I have an excess of 16ga orange outdoor extension cords just laying around. Would those be good cords for power injection? I will be using 5v ws2811

16 gauge looks to be about 1.5mm2 so it'd be quite reasonable for power injection. The distance from the power supply to the injection point is the governing factor on how heavy the cable is. I put a bit of theory/calculation in the latest release of ACL 101 on how you select cable size for power injection.
