This is probably a very dumb question,
I have just made a 20 Channel pole with dumb white LEDs. Was testing them today from a DC48 board.
I checked the power going into the board at exactly 12v and then checked the output on the LEDs and came up with about 10V.
Then when I turned the volts up a bit to 13V going in to the board, the leds got brighter but I checked the volts with the multimeter on the terminal outputs and came up with 8v.
so why is it that when I turn the volts up to the board, the output to the Leds actually goes down but the lights get brighter.
can anyone shed some light on why this would happen and if its normal.
