Quick Question

I like to see that this hobby can be available to more than those that can solder boards together, i dont think thats being commercial but instead its being practical.
This hobby should be for everyone and i believe that people need to know the facts so they can make informed decisions and not be trapped to something that doesnt allow them choices later on.
 
I agree, and that is also why I've been taking so long to buy something. I am anxious to purchase something, but I want to be sure it is the right thing to fit my level of experience and creativity. It does seem that this stuff is just out of reach to those of us that know nothing, but I am not willing to give up looking for the perfect match for me. So if the smart strings are something more specific to pixelnet, not sure it is what I'm looking for. However, the controller FastEddy suggested on the J1Sys site will probably do what I need to get started.
