All my Ray Wu power supplies (12V/24V/27V/36V/48V units) have a sticker with a current rating of 4.0A @ 240V.

Has anyone verified that this is indeed the max power draw when the PSU is running at full load? Or is there fat built in to this figure?

Probably max starting (inrush) current. 4A at 240V is 960 watts, and even with a poor PSU it's likely to be 80%+ efficient, so a 350W PSU might draw 400-450 watts at full load from the mains.

I haven't dug 1 of my supplies out to check the marking/wording but the 4A is pretty close to what the maximum current draw would be if they were running at 110V.
