Replacements plug in power supplies

merry Christmas, I have a Czjutai power supply,
Model jt-dc31vo.19a (6va) that isn't working any ideas where I would look to buy a new one?

I doubt you can buy it as a spare part, but the part number suggests it's a 31V DC, 190mA unit.

Does it have a button on the power supply ? Are the lights static or animated ?
