Hi everyone,

I thought it was about time I put up a thread with shortcuts to this year's display videos. 26,000 lights, 144 channels. Those whom frequent the chat may have already seen some of the videos. Want more details? See my website, http://ryanschristmaslights.com

Very nice Ryan. I like you song choices, even the pirate. :)
And I agree, you have too much time on your hands. That's a lot of sequencing.

We are turning out some awesome displays this year as a group not just from Australia but around the world. This is no exception.

2012 watch out :)

Excellent Statement, This site is truely one of the best sites for international and local expertise for all controllers and lighting. I'm looking forward to a huge 2012.

I used a basic 8" infinity brand mirror ball. Had it since 2004. It has a battery operated motor (bit of a pain when I'm not around at 8:30 or 10:30 to switch on/off). There are no lights on the motor itself unlike some of the other options available today. The mirror ball is detachable from the motor easily and not permanently fixed (I remove the mirror ball each night for fear of it being stolen after hours)

I'm using two older style incandescent pin spots, one has a rotating colour wheel. I had plans originally to change the pinspots over to RGB DMX versions but I think I'll stick with what I have and when it burns out, that'll be that. ;)

Both the mirror ball, pin spots, and colour wheel all came from a light and sound hire/sales shop.
