Santa lips not moving

I have a 5ft Gemmy Santa and his lips will not move. Were the head attaches to his shoulder there is power at that plug. He has sound and his head moves but the lips dont move. Any help will be good.

You will need to dig into your Santa and see if the motor/servo is any good. Check any linkages between them and the lips
