Singing face on megatree/matrix

After I felt like I just confused people [SIZE=small]at the Sydney mini with trying to do the talk in real time using my laptop and ran into all sorts of problems, I thought I'd have a go at doing a 13min video on how to put a singing face on a megatree or matrix in Xlights, to try and make for it [/SIZE] [SIZE=small].[/SIZE]

j/k hahaha Great job Logan.
I found this the easiest part, I found actually drawing the pictures for particular characters the hard part.
The best result is to make the pictures the same size as your megatree, although scaling works ok.

One thing I meant to mention. In the video, when the sequence plays, it does look like to mouth movements aren't tightly synced with the voice. However, that is a reflection of my video capture software which seems to drop a few frames here and there. In reality the mouth movements and the voice will match up nicely.
