The filter things on the end are just brass filters. They can be found on eBay, Aliexpress, etc.

I'll come back to this thread.
Looking around more, I've found some results with these search terms;
  • "Pneumatic Brass filter"
  • "Brass air silencers"
  • "Pneumatic muffler filter"
The extra term: "Cone" defines the shape to this:

Seems to be that these are used as filters and/or silencers with pneumatics.

Aliexpress seems to be very limited or just has a crappy search engine.
eBay shows many more.

This Aliexpress listing explicitly stating for snow/fog machines is a bit pricey.

You can buy ones that sit flush so there's no chance of them getting knocked and broken again.
Flush ones don't work on the end of the hoses.
Ideally you'd get the barbed version. One of my other machines has a screw threads and a zip tie.

I would like to find the version with this push fit connector on the one side.

I know. Festo is like the Falcon Controller of Pnuematics, they are just the best but you gotta pay for it. SMC is a good economical brand, I use their stuff a lot.
RS Components is always a little more pricey but they are 100% reliable, if they have a part I need in stock in Aus I can order it and have it in my hand by 9am the next day.
