Thanks. I just got it working. Need to cut and paste the whole thing back half a second to get it tp match the audio though. Switching to Xlights a little late this year.

On the import dialog for the SUP file, there is an offset flag that will automatically offset all the effects by a certain amount. Use -500 to pull them back 1/2 a second.
