    Ours has mysteriously gone out as well.

    At this point we suspect it has had a fight with a car battery :)

    Just send your complaint to me..I'll follow it up for you. I can gaurentee it wont be fixed before the 25th though... ;)

    There's one out the front here is you can help, my ladder isn't tall enough and I don't have a fancy triangle shaped alan key.

    i thought the allen key thing was going to be easy... I cracked the panel open....but no switch..oh well plan B works just aswell.
