If you are going to use nodes I suggest you use 2 sheets of coro, this will keep the node in place always, I used a pencil soldering iron to make holes was very easy, and after heating y placed the node the warm of the hole make it easier to place the node, when it got cold it fixed very good

I have made all my other holes for nodes with an iron just as you say and I do get a nice fit but the reheat time is slow sonot bad for 100 odd holes but not 2200. I am getting a good tight fit with the drilled holes.

Well it is a hard work, good luck, thanks for sharing, would like to see the sign finished!

Well today, of all days, Ray's pixels arrived - right on time.

10 nodes in only 2440 to go.

My fingers agree that strip would be easy but I like the crisp definition of a node.
600 installed last night.
I need it completed by the end of the month as a Karaoke style board for a concert I am doing.
Words and tunes in xLights. Should be fun.
