As suggested by a few ACL members and some friends I have now setup a gofundme page to get rid of the tyres that I had illegally dumped on my block around Halloween last year. I'm sick of the sight of them and unlike the 2 wheels that were knocked off at the same time that the tyres were dumped no-one has felt the need to steal to 200ish remaining tyres.
That pic is the highlight of my battle. I do get a bit of a chuckle out of it whenever I see it. I just changed it from a thumbnail so more people could appreciate the work that went into it.
The sad thing is that tyres get dumped at those tracks. The local bmx track gets hundreds of tyres dumped there. People potentially rationalise that they are doing the club a service. They aren't though.
I was certainly stressed out. I had no idea how stressed out I looked until I saw the video. Stress and lack of sleep seemed to have had an effect.
