using video as a transition in LSP

Hey everyone
I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem, I'm trying to take a 3.35 min video and use it as a transition but LSP keeps giving me a error saying there is problem with the file or configuration
I've tried different codecs and resolutions, stripped the audio, even cut the video down into segments of 10 seconds but to avail
Any help would be greatly appreciated

try doing it as an AVI at 25 frames per second and 640x480 or down close to those settings.


If you want to pm me a download location I can take a look at it and see if I can get a piece of it going, I make a fair number of from scratch pieces for my matrix words as I cannot make the other macros fill the whole matrix, they all scale from 10 pixels down to 7!
