Everyone likes big balls and like you say they only come in pairs. It is never good having just one ball. I reckon there is an infinite amount of sequencing options for effects with balls. Surely there is somewhere to hang them. I know they are already on the conduit and that makes it much easier to do the arches/tunnel but we all know that now the ball idea is in your head you won't be truly happy unless you go with it. Mount them on a post like an upside down toffee apple.

I don't know the price of the acrylic balls and with 1000 holes to cut in each I'd be looking at a company with a 5 axis cnc to cut it for me. Realistically id like 800mm but haven't seen those yet.
So I think this will cost me and with my budget spent and a bun in the oven, my balls will have to wait until next year to get a look in.

With a bun in the oven, I agree it is best to put your balls on hold to avoid the frustration. Gives you something to look forward to next year.
