David... try watching the screen instead of the case... you'll be amazed at how much better results you get....

I bought my Wife a black one (So I could guilt her into letting me buy more controllers and lights) and I think it's much easier to look at than the white.

Sue has the black iPad 1, but I used a white one recently and thats when I really noticed the issues with the glare off the white. That was inside under fluro lights watching about 5 minutes of video, and reading a reference for someone as a text document.

Leave the white one for the ladies, and keep the black one for ourselves.
That way no one accidentally takes the other's!

Regardless of how everyone voted Kel went ahead and bought the white IPad so it wont get confused with her sons black IPad. I think she got a nice pink cover for it as well
