Ws2811 Festooning

Hey guys,

I'm looking for some sort of cheap WS2811 festooning from RayWu or similar.

All the things I've found seem to be a half sphere with LEDs on a chip with a different protocol.

I was thinking of potentially finding some kind of frosted ball I could attach to bullet style 12mm nodes, but I'm not sure what to look for.

Has anyone found or tried anything like this?

Are C9 style pixels not quit suitable?
Ray Wu sells these C9 style nodes:

Otherwise it might be a case of buying a string of standard lights for their bulb covers.

I have used these for festooning around the perimeter of my yard.
I did run a stainless steel wire first then cable tied these to it.

Just need to be careful as some sellers version isn't fully water resistant. The design can lead to water ingress.
